Upon processing your order, if for any reason an item is backordered, you will be sent a revised confirmation with the new total of your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation. All backorders are cancelled, unless otherwise notified.

Return policy:

“All we can say is Don't be cruel”. Burning candles and returning them isn't cool, but on the rare occasion you're not satisfied, you can return UNUSED MERCHANDISE within 10 days of receiving your order. To return your item, you must contact us with your order information and reason for return. We will then provide you with return instructions. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the merchandise back to Candle-Sense.com. A return credit may take 2 to 3 billing cycles to appear on your credit card. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. You may want to put insurance on your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
